FINANCIAL POLICY

We strive to provide our patients with the finest care possible at a reasonable cost. To that end, we ask that payment be made at the time treatment is rendered.

FEES

The cost for endodontic treatment varies depending on the complexity of the treatment and which tooth is affected. An accurate fee for your treatment will be determined at your initial consultation. For a range of our fees, please contact us.

INSURANCE

Most  policies cover endodontic treatment. Our office is out of netowrk with insurance companies. At the time of checkout, after full payment has been made, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to mail to your insurance company for reimbursement.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Low interest treatment financing is available through FinFi.  Patients are pre-approved with no hard credit check.  Please call our office for further details, or follow this link to get pre-approved.
